- covered shaded terrace
- On the floor: two rooms with bed of 180, a room with 1 bed of 140, a room with 5 beds of 90, a patio with sofa bed of 140, possibility reads baby and 2 bathrooms.

South facing, a pool of 15 x 8 and 2.5 m deep with fenced terrace.

We make available to guests sunbathing, ping pong table, swing.

The isolated house, slightly in height, offers you an excellent point of view, the paths which surround it invite to stroll.

Located 4 km from the medieval village of Monpazier where you will find all shops. You can visit the Château de Biron 5 km away, go horse riding or canoeing on the Dordogne River 15 km away.
