Character stone house, independent, old farmhouse located in the south-east of the Dordogne (10 km from Monpazier), countryside, very wooded area.
The thickness of the stone walls makes it possible to maintain the freshness during the summer period.

Covering an area of 100 m², the cottage can accommodate 6 people.
It consists of a living room (dining table, relaxation area with sofa, armchair) with open fitted kitchen, a living room (sofa, 3 armchairs), a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed , a bathroom (shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer) and a toilet.

You will also have a cellar in which the washing machine is located (possibly practical room for storing bicycles).
The living room opens onto a covered terrace on the courtyard side to the north (garden furniture, barbecue with charcoal provided) and to the garden on the south side (garden furniture, parasol).
The yard and the garden are not fenced.

Other equipment: television, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and for your leisure: 2 deckchairs, badminton net and rackets, pétanque balls, books, board games.

You can take advantage of your stay to rest but also to discover the richness of the heritage and the gastronomy.
In the surroundings, beautiful bastides (Monpazier, Villefranche-du-Périgord, Villeréal, Belvès…), castles (Biron, Bonaguil, Gavaudun…), chasms, caves, gardens.
The Vézère valley and the Dordogne valley with all their sites (Lascaux, Les Eyzies, Limeuil, Le Bugue, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud, Domme, Les Milandes, Sarlat ... impossible to name them all) are not very far.
On the Dordogne: barge trips, canoeing, swimming.
In summer, many gourmet markets where you can discover local products.
