It is the ideal starting point to discover the Dordogne. The bastides of Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne river enveloped by medieval villages and fortresses are 15 minutes away. The main town of Bergerac and the airport are 45 minutes away. In the other direction, 30 minutes away, you can visit the beautiful bastides of Villereal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et-Garonne.
The single-storey vacation home has thick stone walls to keep it cool in the high summer temperatures, central heating for cooler periods, an open plan living-dining room with French doors to the terrace where you can eat al fresco.
A spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dining table, electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The basement contains the washing machine, an extra fridge/freezer and a table tennis table.
3 bedrooms have double beds and the 4th has a 120x190 bed with a toilet. The rooms share a family bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The private south-facing garden has a terrace for outdoor dining, a barbecue, plancha swings and pool for the children.
It can accommodate up to 8 people, including children. It is not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the steps at the entrance.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the beds are made up on arrival.
