Located on the outskirts of Bordeaux center (15 min by tram), very quiet area, close to all amenities, free parking in the street and a location available in the courtyard of the property.
Ideal to discover Bordeaux and its surroundings (vineyards, Arcachon basin, Saint-Emilion)
This house includes:
• on the ground floor :
- a large living room of 40 m² (living-dining room)
- a fully equipped kitchen with storeroom
- a room (bed of 140), addition of a baby bed on request
- a shower room
- wc
• upstairs :
- a bedroom of 35 m² with a bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90 with a piece of separation for privacy
- a dressing room
- an office area
- a shower room with toilet
• outside: a terrace with garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue
transport network
- tram C (Musard station) is a 15-minute walk away
- a station (self-service bike) is 5 minutes walk and the bus line
- Saint Jean train station is 30 minutes walk

"Séjour très agréable !"
Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour, l'endroit est calme, propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques, maison très propre. Nous y avons été en février et avril 2022. Si l'occasion se présente, on hesitera pas de revenir.
