Villa Lesadem is an architect-designed house with sea view which can accommodate 9 people. It was completely renovated in 2024, and all the furniture is new, offering maximum comfort to our guests.

Enter into a bright and airy living space located in two parts.
- on the ground floor: discover a beautiful kitchen, very bright, fully equipped and furnished, opening onto a south-facing terrace. You will also find the 4 nicely furnished bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (one of which is private), a dressing room, a WC and a laundry room.
- on the 1st floor there is a beautiful lounge area with sea view and terrace, a comfortable office for teleworking, a WC.

The 4 bedrooms, all on the ground floor, are arranged as follows:
- a double bedroom with private shower (160x200 bed)
- a bedroom with 3 beds, including a mezzanine bed (2 places at the bottom in 140x190 and 1 place at the top in 90x190)
- a bedroom with 2 single beds
- a double bedroom (160x200 bed)

For your comfort, all household linen is provided: beds are made on arrival, towels, bath mats and tea towels are also provided.

The villa is equipped with a full laundry room, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

Outside you will find a large partially enclosed garden, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, 2 football goals, a wooden cabin for children, a small trampoline, a paddle, jumping balls.
