Ideally located, this house will be the best starting point to access the various points of interest on the island (hiking, lagoons, regional markets, etc.)
It has an enclosed, tree-lined garden with palm trees, coconut trees, bougainvillea, etc., complete with a private swimming pool of 7.50 x 3.50 m adjoining the pretty covered terrace.
The rental includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Each of them has a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. The blackout shutters will allow you to enjoy beautiful lazy mornings if necessary.
The kitchen, open to the terrace and fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, etc.) will allow you to concoct good meals while enjoying an aperitif with your loved ones, unless you prefer enjoy the barbecue under the mango tree.

The beach is 5 minutes by car.
You can plan pleasant walks, starting from the rental, through the many paths that adorn the beautiful national forest nearby (the beach is also accessible on foot in 25 minutes).
You will be close to all amenities: supermarket (900 m), bakery (700 m), doctors, pharmacists...
During your stay, you can enjoy a multitude of activities: bike path nearby, Croc Parc 3 min away, a water park (the only one on the island) 5 min away, golf course 4 min away… paragliding 10 km away .
Take advantage of your stay to admire the fish and coral in the lagoon of L'Étang-Salé les Bains.

The town of Saint-Pierre is 20 minutes away, Cilaos is 1 hour away, the volcano 1 hour 30 minutes away.
Saint-Denis, the capital, is 45 minutes away by the Route des Tamarins.
We reach Saint-Gilles or the wild south in 30 min.

The owner's house adjoining the rental, he will be happy to share with you his knowledge of the medicinal plants that make up the garden if you wish.
In season, an introduction to the fertilization of pitayas (dragon fruit) and vanilla which decorate the garden will be offered to you. During your stay, if the pitaya fruits are ripe, you can taste them.
