Character house from 1900, located 5 minutes walk from the center of Lorris where you will find its shops bakeries, butchers, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, florist...
You will discover, in the heart of the forest of Orléans, very beautiful walks, strategic places "Carrefour de la Résistance" and the Museum. A leisure center at the Etang des Bois, then the Châteaux de la Loire, the Route de la Rose...

You will have a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hood, microwave, fridge and its freezer compartment, small appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.)

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a 100x190 bed, one with 140x190 bedding then a spacious attic bedroom, television, DVD player with 160x200 bedding plus a 90x190 bed and a dressing room, a bathroom with double sinks and WC.

A basement (low ceiling) with washing machine and dryer, a sink.

Outside: an enclosed garden, with a table and garden chairs, parasol, barbecue.
Bicycles can be made available on request
a childcare set (high chair, folding bed with mattress and sheet, a changing table and a small bath) €15 per set for the stay.
