Escoire is a village of less than 500 inhabitants located 10 km from the center of Perigueux. A farm is still active in the village.
Many walks or bike rides are possible from the house, the GR (hiking trail) passes nearby; there is a rental of canoes at the exit of the village, at the edge of "l'Isle", the river which waters Périgueux.

ESCOIRE is 5 km from 2 supermarkets, 2 km from the 1st bakery (in Antonne).
The house is old without vis-à-vis, restored, located in the village of Escoire.

• dining room open kitchen of 25 m², with electric hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, crockery for 8 people, cookware complete ... (dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator have been changed recently)
• a single bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC
• the sailor's room with a corner bed of 120cm and two beds of 80cm floor, a small wardrobe, a corner closet. It is lit by a velux opening to the west
• the yellow room with a bed of 140cm, a small table, a plan of arrangement, a chest of drawers, a non-opening triangular bay window which gives on the terrace and a skylight opening to the west
• the "upper" bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, a storage unit, a non-opening triangular bay window that opens onto the large living room (in height) and a velux window opening to the south-east
• a gym of 30 m² with carpet, equipment abs, elliptical trainer, rowing machine ... a sofa
• A baby cot is optional
