Featuring high-quality equipment and luxurious furniture, air-conditioned, all the ground floor rooms give access to the large tiled terrace with its panoramic view and its salt-water swimming pool with beach and electric shutter, heated from May to September.
Spacious master suite with four-poster bed set up in the old wine storehouse, 2 other double bedrooms and a pretty bedroom with cabin bed and many other details that distinguish it from a classic house such as two travertine bathrooms with Italian showers. Hyper-equipped kitchen and laundry room.
Fiber, fireplace, refined decoration, hotel quality bedding by Simmons, a fully equipped kitchen, all bed and bathroom linen provided and a personalized welcome by the owners. A dog accepted (part of the garden is fenced)
Sainte-Foy-la-Grande and its famous market is 7 km away, Golf des Vigiers 12 km, Dordogne 5 km
Bellair House is a perfect place to stay for families with children.
The house is also available from September to April for long-term stays for our retired or digital nomad friends.

La maison Bellair est sublime! Calme douceur, décoration soignée et de très bon goût, la maison est vraiment très bien équipée, et la literie est dingue!
Sans compter l’accueil chaleureux des adorables propriétaires ! Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

Des vacances justes parfaites et inoubliables!
Un accueil chaleureux des hôtes dans un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer au milieu des vignes!
La maison est très fonctionnelle pour 2 familles et laisse à chacun son intimité au besoin!
Equipement ultra complet: cuisine, plancha, climatisation partout, buanderie (électros compris), énorme jardin pour les enfants (piste de pétanque, jeux...), piscine (gestion sel >> parfait pour les yeux et la peau)...
Allez-y les yeux fermés! C'est juste magnifique!

"Magnifique séjour"
Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette grande maison très agréable, confortable, lumineuse et bien décorée. Les propriétaires sont charmands et très attentionnés. A noter, la belle vue depuis la piscine.
