Although in the city center, the house remains quiet, surrounded by a small private garden with a parking space.

With an area of 180 m², the house has been completely renovated in September 2019. Semi-detached, it offers a panorama East South West with a direct view of the mountain.
You will find on the ground floor a suite consisting of a bedroom and its private bathroom, a toilet, living room and kitchen.
