Hiking trails FishingHouse for 5 or 6 people, completely redone recently located near the port of Perros-Guirec with an entrance closed by a gate (with keys) and overlooking a terrace and a walled garden.
Facing south (with a small local in the garden) in a quiet street close to all shops and the port.
This house includes:
• on the ground floor :
- a large kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, a large farm table with 2 benches
- kitchen open to a living room (including a sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a TV) overlooking the terrace with a bay window
- A bathroom with a sink and a shower
- a bedroom with a bed for 2 people
• upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds
- a toilet and a wardrobe
Wireless
NB: the charges are included in the rate from May to September; from October to May the heating is extra
A deposit of 250 € is required upon arrival of the tenant and refundable at the exit if no worries
Bed linen and towels can be provided for 15 € / bed

Propriétaires très sympathique - Maison fonctionnelle - pièce de vie très agréable - très bien équipée - Location bien située petite rue très calme - On se sentait comme chez nous.
