When coming from the N12 on the east side, take the Plancoët exit after Dinan.
Cross the Village of Corseul and the town of Plancoët taking the direction of Lamballe.
On leaving Plancoët, cross the roundabout towards Lamballe D768.
After 1.5 km after the straight line, turn left towards Pléven and stay on the D28 for about 5 km until the entrance to a place called 'La Rompardais'.
The cottage is located in the 4th house on your right, a large farmhouse!
If you arrive by the N12 west side
