It includes a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a large bathroom with shower with washing machine and a toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs a bedroom with a 140 bed, two alcoves each with a single bed convertible into a double bed and a toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Travel cot, high chair, bathtub, safety barrier.
A Garden and parking for 3 cars.
Playground at 50 m, large Kerfontaine beach at 300 m.
At 300 m, grocery store, bakery, restaurant and pizzeria. Market in the port of St-Jacques on Monday morning and Thursday morning in Sarzeau located 5 km away.
10 km from Arzon, the port of Crouesty and the thalassotherapy center of the Rhuys peninsula.
The house is located between the ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan which is approximately 10 km away.
