The house is 400 m walk from the sea, super quiet in a dead end, you can have lunch quietly in a courtyard
private facing south with a garden shed (garden furniture and barbecue) and on a small terrace on the first floor with two deckchairs

Ground floor: Dining room with fitted kitchen area, table, 4 chairs and sofa bed for sleeping two people
First floor: small TV lounge and bathroom.
Second floor: the bedroom with 1 double bed and cupboards and wardrobe
Equipment: washing machine, oven, dishwasher, American type fridge, hotplates, pod coffee maker.
Completely independent house.

The tranquility of the neighborhood and the proximity of the Landing beaches are very significant.
There are many activities and many places not to be missed :-)
