Recent comfortable house with garage, facade facing south, for 4 people, located near the town center (with market and all shops) and the Château-d'Oléron beach, in a quiet area, on enclosed land of 250 m², comprising on the ground floor a very bright main living room with entrance, lounge/living room and fitted kitchen, shower room/WC, and upstairs, 2 bedrooms with cupboards and WC.

Two terraces are available, south or north exposure depending on your preference, with garden furniture (2) and barbecue, garage and a private parking space (garage entrance).
The house has all the necessary equipment (180/40 liter fridge-freezer), 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

We live close to the rental (5 min). In case of need, information or problem, we intervene quickly, the keys are handed over by us.

By taking the numerous cycle paths and small roads through the marshes or the forest, you can go either to the nearby oyster route with its oyster huts, or to the port or to the beautiful sandy beaches on the ocean side... The mild climate thanks to the passage of the Gulf Stream makes it a privileged place in all seasons.

And for gourmets, the Château market offers its stalls of fresh fish, crustaceans and shellfish every day direct from the Cotinière fish market, without forgetting the famous Marennes Oléron oysters and Pineau des Charentes!
