Two small detached houses in a residential area, on the outskirts of La Rémigeasse, located less than 500 m as the crow flies from the ocean.

Both houses have shared parking at the entrance to the property. To ensure peace and quiet, both houses are accessible on foot.

We furnish these little houses with the same care that we bring to our guest rooms, favoring personalized furniture and decoration in order to offer you a most cozy setting and environment.

You will reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the Île d'Oléron on foot, via a small private road and a small forest path. This private access will allow you to access the beach in a privileged area, less crowded than those with public access.

Ideally located, less than 2.5 km from shops accessible without traffic jams, in the heart of one of the best-preserved natural spaces on the Island, these houses will allow you to fully enjoy the major and varied attractions of Oléron.

The houses have a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds as well as a convertible sofa in the living room also offering quality bedding.
