Old house from 1930, renovated, 100 m from the port of Jard-sur-Mer.

On the ground floor, accessible by 4 steps:
- living room dining room 25 m²
- fitted kitchen 9 m²
- bathroom WC shower 4 m²
- 11 m² bedroom with parquet flooring with a 140 cm bed

First floor (converted attic, somewhat steep staircase)
- 1st bedroom of 16 m² with a 120 bed and a 90 bed
- 2nd adjoining bedroom with 2 single beds and a washbasin and toilet area

Equipment: flat screen TV, hotplates, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, hair dryer.

Baby equipment offered free of charge: travel cot, high chair, bathtub.

No dishwasher
No WiFi

Large cellar with washing machine, exterior access with stairs.
Fully fenced yard at the back of the house. A terrace area with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deck chairs.
A private parking space at the side of the house.

Outside of the summer season, EDF must be added for heating.
Nightly rental possible, except July-August (2 nights minimum)
Linen rental (sheets, towels, tea towels) → €8 / person
Cleaning → €50

Animals accepted after prior agreement.
Holiday vouchers not accepted

Everything accessible on foot, port and coast 100 m, supervised beaches 10 min walk, town center with shops 10 min (Monday market).
Entertainment on the port on summer evenings (shows, concerts, night market)
