Free WiFi Private car park Garden Enclosed field Bedsheet rentalWe are renting out our small Perrosienne house, recently renovated. It has a small enclosed garden, quiet and sunny.
Ideally located to do everything on foot during your stay: 100 m from the town center of Perros-Guirec (bakery, mini-market, caterer, bars and restaurant, press, Tourist Office, shops, etc.)
700 m from Trestraou beach (sailing school, surfing, 7 islands pier, Sentier des Douaniers towards Ploumanac'h, Casino, cinema, etc.)
A small courtyard will allow you to park your vehicle in front of the house.
This small Perrosienne house is on several levels and has beautiful living spaces. The charm of the old will mingle with comfort and a more modern look.
The small garden of 200 m² is closed (safe for your pet or your young children).
Equipment and supplies in the accommodation:
- bedding > pillows / duvets / mattress pads
- kitchen > tea towels / soap / dishwashing product
- sanitary > toilet paper / soap
- other > cleaning products / detergent
You will be welcomed by Claire (Conciergerie "Les Clés de la Côte") who will be happy to show you the accommodation and advise you on the tourist sites of the region.
