The rental includes the first floor of the villa; the ground floor is not occupied but not accessible for rent.

- a kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, electric grill, American fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, mixer, kettle...
- living room with flat screen TV, sound bar 3-seater armchair and 2-seater + pouf - air conditioning
