Very well appointed, redecorated in 2023, “Au 26” is designed to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Large living room 60 m² with equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grain or classic coffee makers, toaster, kettle, etc.) Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board. 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms and 160 cm beds (including two with an additional 90 cm bed)
Travel cot and baby seat.
3 bathrooms including one near the spa.
Living room with sofas, armchairs, 140 cm screen, Netflix, free Wifi
Games room with Bonzini B60 table football and American billiards.
Terrace adjoining the kitchen with electric blinds. Gas plancha. Garden table and furniture, sun loungers.
Swimming pool with electric shutter of 9 mx 4 m. Spa for 5 people with bay window overlooking swimming pool and garden.
Free parking in front of the door. “Au 26” is in the village of L'Aiguillon sur Mer, located in a quiet area. 400 meters from shops and services, the bi-weekly market.
Everything can be done on foot or by bike.
Nearby: water activities for children and teenagers, wake park, sailing, sand yachting, paddle, kite surfing, skate park, Golf de la Presqu'île with driving range, microlight. Cleaning, sheets and towels available as an option.
