Particularly well located between Quimper and the beaches of Benodet, Fouesnant and Beg Meil, our gîte for 2 or 4 people is located in a large property which allows you to enjoy the large garden and walks in the woods... With its exposed framework and surrounded by flowers, it is truly a charming place.
Layout:
• on the ground floor a large room with kitchen, dining area and lounge area with 1 fold-away bed (quality bedding) for 2 people.
Bathroom with shower, separate toilet on the ground floor.
• upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200 double bed (which can be split into 2 single beds). Access to the mezzanine is via a miller's staircase, which is therefore quite steep.
• outdoor space with garden table for your meals and access to the large garden.
We are located between Quimper and Bénodet, close to the beautiful beaches of the region (Bénodet, Mousterlin, Cap Coz, etc.) and close to places to visit such as Concarneau, the Bigouden country, Pont-Aven, etc.

Notre maison est meublé de manière plutôt contemporaine qui fait ressortir les pierres apparentes et les éléments en bois.
Pour le couchage, vous disposez de : 1 chambre en mezzanine avec lit double 160x200 pouvant se convertir en 2 lits simples
L'accès à la chambre se fait par un escalier de meunier, il ne faut donc pas avoir de problème physique empêchant de monter.
1 autre lit double escamotable (literie de qualité) est installé dans le séjour
Tous les appareils ménagers sont neufs.
Cuisine équipée, poêle à bois.
Vous avez également un coin terrasse avec table de jardin et pouvez profiter également du très grand jardin que nous partageons (Bagmington et ping pong à disposition).
