Completely walled, with private parking, the farmhouse opens onto a landscaped garden with swimming jacuzzi and an 80 m2 terrace which houses garden furniture/dining area under arbor and plancha.

The heart of the house, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the interior living room with fireplace and the dining room.
On the ground floor: master suite with bathroom and hammam with direct access to the terrace.

On the first floor: a second lounge “Relaxation area”; 2 very large bedrooms, one double (with 160 cm bed), the other family (with 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds) and a bathroom.

The 240 m² house is fully air-conditioned. WiFi via fiber in all rooms.
