Longère aux Chevêches

We have renovated this farmhouse typical of our region to make it a pleasant and comfortable place where you can have a good time enjoying the calm of the countryside.

This 125m² house is made up of a living room with kitchen area, a master bedroom (1 160x190 bed) with walk-in shower and basin, separate WC, a second bedroom (1 140x190 bed), a a third bedroom (3 single beds (2 bunk beds)), a shower room with two sinks, separate WC, a mezzanine with TV corner and sofa bed offering a comfortable bedding (140x190).

An adjoining room used as a cellar is at your disposal, in which the garden furniture is stored and where you can deposit bicycles and other personal effects.
If you like calm and the countryside, this farmhouse will be ideal!

It is located in a hamlet of a few houses 2 km from the village of our small town offering the first necessary amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery store, hairdresser, beauty salon, nurse's office, post office).
You will find doctors, dentists and pharmacy in the adjoining town 5 km away.

For the rest, you will find supermarkets, nursing home, bookstores, library, swimming pool... 15 km away.

This farmhouse is ideally located between Touraine and Sologne, Beauval zoo park and Loire castles.

You will be close to the unmissable sites of our region (30 min from the Beauval zoo, 20 min from Cheverny, 25 min from Chenonceaux, 35 min from Amboise, 45 min from Chambord...) and very close to other places and more modest monuments but to be discovered (quarry of the Fosse Penelle (ENS), abbey of Cornilly, castle of Gué Péan, lake of Monthou sur Cher, mushroom cellars, silkworm...).
If you like to walk along the paths, all you have to do is cross the garden to reach the vines.

And if you want to enjoy the gastronomy of our region, you will be close to local winegrowers, goat farms, restaurants...
Our region is a great discovery, whether for a relaxing, cultural or sporting stay.
