On the first floor, a landing that can be used as a reading/rest area with a south-facing exposure, very sunny with roof windows.
This landing leads to a warm lounge area with wood stove + a semi-professional kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove / 2 ovens, a professional dishwasher, a large capacity refrigerator, a stainless steel work table and a microphone -waves, an electric coffee maker and a 4-burner toaster + a dining room (2 tables for 8 people).
