Single-storey apartment, in a stone house where the owners live, in the center of a charming village on the Aubrac plateau.
An adjoining courtyard will be reserved for you, with garden table, barbecue and deckchair.
A parking space is reserved for you.

This property is located 5 minutes from the village of Laguiole and 20 minutes from the ski resort.

This 70 m² apartment is composed of:
- a 16 m² bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed with a large dressing room (sheets and towels included)
- a 12 m² bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a large dressing room (sheets and towels included)
- a bathroom with WC (bath mat, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack)
- a kitchen open to the dining room and living room

Equipment: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave.
Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, hand blender, pressure cooker, kitchenware and raclette grill.

Cleaning products are provided, as well as hand towels and dish towels.

Available: board games, books and games for children.
On request, and free of charge, we can lend a baby kit: travel cot and mattress, high chair, booster seat, toilet seat, changing table, children's cutlery, bathtub... it's up to you to tell us what you need.

Outside, small private courtyard with table and chairs, barbecue and 2 deckchairs as well as a children's sandbox.
The tourist tax is included in the price per night.
The cleaning package costs 50 euros.
