With its single room, bright living room and beautiful kitchen, this accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 people. You will enjoy a friendly and very pleasant interior.

The residence is located in Loos, fully secured by pass, on the 2nd floor with elevator. You will enjoy a free parking space inside the residence.
The entrance offers closed storage. The very cozy single room offers you 2 beds.
On the right, you will find the living room decorated in a warm atmosphere, equipped with a quality sofa bed offering 2 extra beds, a large screen TV, a table, 4 chairs and furniture containing everything needed for your comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a hood, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and plenty of storage space.
The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and wc.

If you use a GPS to get to our place, note "88 rue Pierre Brossolette" in Loos, the residence Laennec has no number, the 88 is just opposite.

- You will find a bakery 5 minutes walk from the residence and a primeur offering a warm welcome, as do know the "people of the North" with a bonus, good products. These shops are open on Sunday mornings.
- the Loos market is held on Sunday morning, in the parking lot of the station, you will find everything that can make you happy!
- the accommodation is located 5 minutes walk from the bus stop that takes you to Lille and to the metro, this is the "liane 2 towards Wattignie mall", there is a bus every 10 minutes
- Lille Lesquin airport is 20 minutes by car, we can pick you up (optional)
- The Loos train station is 9 minutes walk, and takes you to the center of Lille with a train every hour directly from Lille Flandres train station
- the ZOO Lille is 9 minutes by car and the famous Citadelle de Lille
- Natural History Museum is 14 minutes drive
- The covered market of Wazemmes, very famous in the region is 14 minutes by car

Lille is also the regional platform for all important medical activities:
