Loft Style Studio-historic old town is located in the heart of the historic Old Town district of Villingen, in a quiet street without traffic. It offers a view of a lovely park with a fountain, the historic tower as well as the historic town wall.

The studio apartment is fully equipped and has a double bed for adults. It also features a flat-screen satellite TV, underfloor heating, real wooden parquet floors, a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee pad machine.

Loft Style Studio-historic old town is situated on the 1st floor of a listed historic building that has been completely renovated. There is a lift in the building.

The studio is a 1-minute walk from the pedestrian area and a 2-minute walk from the tourist information centre and the nearest museum. It is located near many cafes, bars, restaurants, bakeries, shops, a supermarket, an ice cream parlour, a museum, a concert hall, a shopping centre, banks and a butcher offering Black Forest specialities.

The accommodation is a 7-minute walk from the train station and bus station.
