The floor is reserved for the owners, few present. The ground floor has a terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the 1600m² wooded garden.
The rental contains two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed, the other with two single bunk beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee makers (one with pods) etc.
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer ...
Living room, dining room, television, WiFi and tables, outdoor chairs. Sun bathing. Barbecue and clothes dryer.
Bean pool of 9.70 x 4.80 regularly maintained.
The beaches are located 4 kilometers (Roya ..), the Agriates desert 5 kms with its beautiful white sand beaches of Saleccia, Lodu ...
The town of Saint-Florent, with all its restaurants and activities, is 4 km away and a large Leclerc area is 3 km away.
You can also visit the small villages of Nebbiu such as Oletta, Murato, Sorio ...
