Our apartment has been classified 3 * in Furnished Tourism, among other things in relation to its layout very functional, its breathtaking view of the ocean, its decoration and its clean and neat interior, the many amenities available to tenants, as well as because of its different and multiple geographic advantages.
In a small condominium of 2 floors very nice apartment of 45 sqm (facing the sea) with large balcony (facing the sea) facing south, very bright, recently repainted and refurbished, fully equipped and very functional, facing the sea , on the peninsula of Rhuys, between Gulf of Morbihan and Ocean ... Change of scenery guaranteed!
Tourist area (5 minutes from the village of Sarzeau, 20 minutes from Vannes) and lively (beaches, sailing schools, gulf boat tour, ...) rich in cultural heritage (Castle Suscinio, Menhirs, Salines, animal park ...), calm and very relaxing.
In addition to the usual equipment (induction hob, fridge-freezer ...) you will also find:
- oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle
- hair dryer, clothes drying rack - flat screen TV HD TV 100 cm + home theater DVD / Blu Ray (remember to bring your records if needed)
- garden furniture, 4 garden chairs, parasol, electric barbecue
- bicycle storage
- private parking
Close to the port of Saint Jacques, 1 min of coastal paths and beaches as far as the eye can see, 5 minutes from shops (bakery, butcher, Super U, ...)!
Rental by the week or 15 days possible all the year.

"Séjour à Sarzeau"
Appartement confortable,terrasse assez grande pour profiter de la magnifique vue sur l'océan et le port de St Jacques. A proximité boulangerie,épicerie et quelques restaurants avec d'excellents produits, des balades à fleur d'eau tout au long de la côte et avec cela l'agréable et souriant accueil de Géraldine. Nous avons passé un séjour relaxant nous en sommes revenus ressourcés.

Trés bel appartement avec une superbe vue sur l'océan, bien agencé et trés bien équipé, nous y avons séjourné une semaine et nous en avons profité pour faire de magnifiques balades le long de la cote sauvage.

"Séjour à Port St Jacques"
Superbe location idéalement située en bordure de mer à Port St Jacques. L'appartement est agréable à vivre, calme (sans rue passante à proximité), propre avec une vue superbe sur le port. Tout est réuni pour y passer un séjour reposant et vivifiant. A recommander de toute urgence!

Appartement très beau , calme, agréable vue sur mer ! un petit plus plus le sentier du littoral à deux pas et c'est "formidable"pour les randonneurs ! Géraldine et Xavier sont très sympathiques et "tout à leur honneur" ont une grande confiance envers leurs futurs locataires..
