The gîte du Cernon, like the village of Raspaillac, faces south. View of the river, the Causse du Larzac and the Cernon valley. Windows to the south. Velux in the attic rooms.

This 16th century house is located at the entrance to the Cernon valley, on the banks of the river. It also borders the diversion canal, on which it is built, which supplies the mill of Raspaillac whose house is adjoining.
The hamlet of Raspaillac, nestled at the foot of the Causse du Larzac, is located in the heart of the Pays Roquefort Larzac-Templiers. It is 7 km from the village of Roquefort, at the confluence of Cernon and Soulzon. The town of Millau is 17 km away, that of Saint-Affrique is 11 km away.
The rental includes the use of a detached private garden of 3000 m², located 100 meters from the house.
This very shady garden is largely wooded with acacias, maples, ashes, alders, poplars and other species of the shoreline biotope. Garden furniture and barbecue, teepee for children.
The Cernon valley, renowned for its fishing resources, is especially dedicated to trout and crayfish fishing. The Cernon, a category 1 river, enjoys a justified reputation as an excellent trout river. The livestock is remarkable in quality and quantity.
In this mountainous site, you can also practice sports and outdoor activities, such as hiking, caving and climbing, canoeing on the nearby Tarn, swimming, mountain biking, rail-biking, etc.
