A chic and warm atmosphere awaits you!
Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-Les-Bains, you will find all the amenities within 200 meters on foot.
The exterior, where an aerial terrace predominates, a plancha corner and a garden furniture evokes a "Charentais" style conducive to aperitifs with friends!
The rental apartment is located on the 1st floor.

- 1 AMERICAN KITCHEN (fully equipped)
- 3 BEDROOMS made up of 140x190 double beds (1 travel cot and 1 high chair are available on request)
- 1 walk-in shower room, single sink, WC
- 1 veranda with a large dining table overlooking the aerial outdoor terrace
No private parking. You can park easily on the street.
To make it easier for you to move in and to avoid urgent shopping, some essential ingredients are available free of charge (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, tea and coffee, milk, toilet paper, detergent, cleaning products maintenance, sponge ...)
Kitchen towels and bath rugs are also provided free of charge.

"Très bel appartement, emplacement idéal"
Très bel appartement, emplacement idéal. Nous avons tout fait à pied toute la semaine. La Terrasse est très agréable. L'appartement est très lumineux.

"Excellent séjour"
Accueil très sympa avec des hôtes à l'écoute. Maison très agréable avec un espace de vie où on ne se marche pas sur les pieds, une véranda très agréable pour les repas du soir quand la température baisse et une terrasse bien protégée du vent et du soleil surplombant la rue pour observer sans être vu. Proche de tous les commerces de première nécessité. Situation idéale pour visiter la région La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, Pointe de Grave via le Bac à Royan pour faire le plein de bonnes bouteilles de Bordeaux pour les plus gourmands.
