In 2023, exterior redevelopment work will make it possible to take full advantage of the 2000 m² of land located in front of the house: construction of stone walls, planting of trees, creation of a private petanque court.

In the event of cancellation of the contract by the tenant and whatever happens (accident, illness, force majeure or unforeseen event), the deposit paid will be kept by the owner
From 1 to 30 days before the tenant's arrival, the amounts paid remain with the owner.
If the tenant does not appear on the day mentioned in the contract, after a period of 24 hours and without notice to the owner, this contract is considered terminated, the sums paid remaining with the owner. The latter then has his rental.

From the opening of rentals until June 6, 2023, stays of 3 nights will be charged €100/per night.

At the Pouncho d'Agast roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the D 110 (rue du Causse Noir) and continue for about 10 km.

Très bon séjour dans cette belle maison caussenarde, propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique.
Pièce à vivre très agréable, bonne literie en 160, propreté correcte. Aucun bruit, calme complet...
Proche de Millau, de Roquefort avec son délicieux fromage.

"Calme maison traditionnelle"
Idéalement située pour de belles randonnées et la découverte de très beaux sites où sont blottis
ou accrochés à la roche de beaux villages.
Cette charmante maison nous invite à un petit retour dans le passé avec son toit de lauzes, ses formes arrondies et ses plafonds voutés.
Le terrain de pétanque est une très bonne idée, nous en avons profité en appréciant l'espace arboré pleins d'oiseaux.
N'oublions pas l'accueil très chaleureux et au petits soins de la propriétaire.

"Séjour au calme"
Maison de caractère, qui assure la fraîcheur quand il fait très très chaud à l'extérieur. Maison très bien équipée.

Au milieu de la nature dans un endroit plein de ressources nous avons effectué un séjour confortable et authentique dans un lieu chaleureux où la nature et l'histoire se retrouvent... assurément nous reviendrons !

super accueil,aux petits soins, vrai maison caussenarde,il ne manquait vraiment rien,les bières au frais et le vin et les fruit au sirop offert.

"Idéal"
Emplacement idéal pour visiter cette belle région.
La maison est très grande et il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de magnifiques vacances. De plus la propriétaire est très gentille, nous avons été très bien accueilli.

"Sur le Causse Noir"
Nous avons apprécié tous les moments passés dans cette maison caussenarde : le plaisir de la fraicheur d'un lieu centenaire, le lieu propice au repos et aux balades, l'intérieur cosy et très bien équipé, l'accueil plein d'attentions. Nous y reviendrons à une autre saison pour apprécier le poêle à bois!
