The house is located in La Plaine des Cafres, chemin Notre-Dame de la Paix, small farm and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. This threshold cannot be exceeded and includes children over 2 years old and guests.

PARTIES, MUSIC AND NOISY EVENINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED (clause indicated in the contract. In the event of non-compliance, the stay will be canceled without refund). In order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, this place is intended only for relaxing stays, relaxing holidays and convivial moments between family and friends around a good meal.

Both adults and children can enjoy the grassy and fenced yard.

The city center is 1.5 km away and will provide you with all the amenities you may need (supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, gas station, cash machine, post office, church, etc.)

The house is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker and Senseo, rice pot, dishes, kitchen utensils, TV and satellite dish decoder, barbecue, wood fire for those who wish to make a good Creole carry.

Please note that there is no WiFi

The house includes a kitchen - dining room, a living room, 2 toilets, 2 showers, and 4 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms for 4 people (1 double bed and bunk bed)
- 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed and 1 cradle
- 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds)

The outdoor kitchen will allow you to choose to cook a good curry on a wood fire or on gas.

A ping-pong table and table football are waiting for you to spend pleasant moments.

Duvets and blankets are provided.
Bed linen and towels are available for those who wish with a supplement.

Rates (including tourist tax and without bed linen package)
Up to 9 people. : €320 for 2 nights (weekend or weekday) and €680 for a full week or 6 nights (you have access to 3 rooms only). If you want the 4 bedrooms, the price will be 420 €.
Additional night: 110 €

From 10 to 14 people. maxi or 4 bedrooms: €420 for 2 nights (weekend or weekday) and €820 for a full week or 6 nights.
Additional night: 150 €

Optional: sheet package at €50 and towel package at €30

The rental of a single night will be granted on an exceptional basis: €200 (3 bedrooms, 9 people max) and €300 (4 bedrooms, 14 people max)

For any reservation, it will be necessary to pay a deposit of 30% minimum. The balance is to be paid no later than the date of entry into the premises.

A minimum deposit of €300 will be requested upon receipt of the keys.

A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged to the deposit if the cleaning is not satisfactory.
