A different way to discover Brittany!

We offer 2 independent studios, above the pretty village of Lanloup (16th century church), near Bréhec beach (1.2 km), the highest cliffs of Plouha and Plouézec in Brittany (2 km) and from Paimpol at 12 km.

These 2 accommodations are located on the first floor of our architect's house, in a beautiful recent property with a large landscaped park (3500 m²) and ornamental pond on the edge of La Vélomaritime®, Tro Breizh and very close of the GR34.

Cozy Studio: Embark and experience a real change of scenery in this rather unusual accommodation, looking like a ship's cabin...
This studio is approved "furnished accommodation" and is labeled "Accueil Vélo" and "Etape Rando Bretagne". It is located on the 1st floor of our house; totally independent, it is accessible by an outside stone staircase.

The studio is equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, large traditional oven, 2 hotplates, microwave) and a private terrace. Private sanitary facilities (shower, washbasin), separate WC.
Its strengths are its location on the edge of the GR34A hiking trail, 1.5 km from the beach and the port of Bréhec.
In addition to your private terrace, several garden tables are at your disposal to allow you to enjoy the different spaces of the large landscaped park (3500 m²) and its ornamental pond.

Possibility of optional breakfast taken in the studio. All the supplies (homemade and organic for the most part) are placed in the studio refrigerator before your arrival and you prepare your own breakfast at the time that suits you and in complete autonomy...

The environment of the property is very quiet and conducive to rest in an authentic Breton hamlet, with its stone houses and hydrangeas.

The place is perfect for relaxing.
The sea is 1.5 km away.
Access to the beach on foot via the GR34 is a 20-minute walk or 3 minutes by car.
The 2 nearest beaches (Vieux-Bréhec and Port de Bréhec) have just obtained the prestigious "Blue Flag" label guaranteeing the quality of the water and the environment.

The location is ideal for GR34 and Tro Breizh hikers, La Vélomaritime® cyclists (Dieppe-Roscoff coast). It is ideal for holidaymakers to enjoy our beaches and to visit the remarkable sites of the department.
We are also close to the manors of La Noé Verte (2 km) and Kernevez (3 km) and can comfortably accommodate guests of weddings celebrated there. To allow you to make the most of your weekend, we offer you the "I optimize my weekend" formula with an early arrival on Saturday noon and a delayed departure to Sunday at 6 p.m.

The advantage of our studios is that they allow you to benefit from a private kitchenette to prepare your meals.
We also offer a formula in bed and breakfast with breakfast included but it is also possible to opt for a weekly rental formula or a short stay from 3 nights.

Each private terrace is independent and not overlooked between them or with the owners' terrace. Due to the presence of an aquatic pool, our establishment is not suitable for young children who cannot swim.
No party or party allowed on site please.
Group reception possible up to 6 to 8 people on the property (2 studios + 1 guest room).
