Close to the main beach (250 meters), close to all shops, the municipal market, restaurants, the pedestrian street, served by the EHO bus line, giving access to the train station and the PEREIRE beach, Quarter of the MOULLEAU and the line BAIA to go towards the beaches of PYLA and the DUNE of PYLA, the ocean beaches of Teste de Buch. Cycling trails 200 meters away.
Courtyard with garden (60 m²), possibility to eat outside and to park a car.

"Bon séjour"
Très agréable petite maison pour passer quelques jours de vacances avec des enfants. Toutes commodités à proximité et à pied. Calme et place de parking gratuite à côté. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Propriétaire très aimable.
