The cottage is located in Marcillac-la-Croisille (village of 830 inhabitants with all shops, pharmacy, medical office).
The chalet overlooks the lake, and the beach is only a short 5 minute walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet with a few houses.

Outside: a cellar, a barbecue and a terrace with garden table will be at your disposal
Inside you will find:
• on the ground floor: an American kitchen with living room and fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet
• a magnificent log staircase will lead you upstairs, you will find a mezzanine with a bed of 140, two bedrooms each with a bed of 140 and the second a bed of 90.
