I only rent from Saturday to Saturday in July and August and I do not take holiday vouchers.
Lovers of old wood, come and discover our authentic Savoyard attic from 1898 full of charm and fully furnished by us in 2015. Ideally located between Lake Geneva 3 km away and the Chablais mountains, 28 m² cottage for 2 people only.
Possibility of renting by the week, fortnightly and weekend 2 or 3 days, prices on request.
On the ground floor: the kitchen area open to the living room: dining area shepherd's table, hob, extractor, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette and fondue set, free WiFi …
Electric heating, on the ground floor and bathroom.
Bathroom: vanity unit, shower and WC, hair dryer,
Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 bed of 160/190 sheets provided, flat screen TV and skylight.
Outside: private car park, secure closed garage for motorbikes and bicycles.
Terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs.
Non-smoking cottage.
For animals to see and possibly with supplement.
You will find all the shops and restaurants you need during your stay 2 km away.
Many restaurants of Savoyard specialties and fish from the lake depending on the season, bike rental….

In the event of cancellation of this Seasonal rental contract, the Tenant undertakes to notify the Lessor of his decision as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant:
more than 30 days before the date of entry, the Lessor will return all of the deposit to the Tenant within a maximum period of one week from receipt of the notification between 30 and 15 days, the Lessor will retain all of the deposit.
Less than 15 days before the date of entry, and except in duly justified cases of force majeure, the entire amount of the rental will be acquired by the Lessor. The Tenant agrees to pay the balance of the rental amount to the Lessor within a maximum period of one week from the scheduled date of entry.
This Contract will be deemed terminated automatically and the Lessor may dispose of the rented premises: in the event that the Tenant does not show up after 8 p.m. on the day scheduled for entry, and in the absence of notification of late arrival ; in the event that the Tenant does not pay the balance of the rent or the security deposit, at the latest on the date of entry.
The total amount of the rent will remain acquired by the Lessor in the event that the Tenant decides to shorten the duration of the rental.
Any cancellation of this contract by the Lessor before the date of entry must be notified to the Tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The Lessor undertakes to immediately return double the deposit paid by the Tenant, without prejudice to any claims for damages that the latter may have against the Lessor.

Ce grenier savoyard est vraiment atypique avec une belle histoire que Jacques le propriétaire, est ravi de nous expliquer.

Si vous aimez l’authenticité, le bois, la déco chinée avec goût, ce lieu est fait pour vous.
Un extérieur verdoyant et très bien entretenu.
Des propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques, Jacques ne manquera pas de vous raconter l'histoire de ce Mazot.

"Location weekend"
Très bon accueil des propriétaires très gentil petit chalet très bien équipé très très propre jolie terrasse très beau jardin et aime les animaux honnêtement très très bon weekend merci beaucoup pour ce séjour on louera très vite on espère on vous recommande se joli châlet n hésitez pas à louer
