In a magnificent location in the countryside, among vineyards and castles and near lakes.

Perfect for 2 to 4 people (a family with 2 children, or 2 couples), with various sleeping options. For families with young children, we have a beautiful baby bed with a new mattress, a high chair and lots of toys to keep them entertained. Also a brand new baby bike seat, adaptable to all bikes. Mountain bikes are available and loaned free of charge.

The Pines

Situated in a private forest surrounded by vineyards and with splendid views of the Black Mountains, this spacious gîte has been tastefully renovated throughout to provide modern comfort whilst retaining its original character, including exposed beams and old terracotta tiled floors.

New to the market in March 2013, although Les Pins is set in a beautiful and peaceful setting, it is however very close to the picturesque villages of the Aude with all the advantages.
It is also located just 20 minutes from the Medieval City of Carcassonne, beautiful recreational lakes, and only 45 minutes from the magnificent beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne.
In addition to Carcassonne, and its famous Music Festival which begins on June 21, places to visit absolutely are Narbonne (40 min), Minerve and its City (25 min), the famous Canal du Midi (15 min), and the historic Castles of Cathar country.

Completely separate cottage in private domain in the forest, with separate entrance, completely renovated (complete renovation completed in March 2013).
New fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fully equipped. Bar with 2 stools. Modern bathroom with new shower. Large dining room near the kitchen with large table and 4 chairs, view of the park.
The living room has a large, very comfortable 3-seater sofa from Habitat, an LED television with TNT HD and also a TNT satellite decoder (Astra) so all the French, German and some English channels, plus other international channels...perfect for the World Cup and Wimbledon.
Excellent Fiber Wifi (2GB) and internet access in the cottage and surrounding area. Perfect for occasional work or watching your favorite series in the evening after a great active and sporty day...

DVD player with a large selection of DVDs (loaned on request). Board games and books for children and adults. For children with babies, we have a real quality baby bed and some baby games. Separate toilet with sink. Toilet in bathroom also.
2 completely separate bedrooms, the main one with a very comfortable large bed of 160x200 and another separate one with 2 single beds of 90 x 190 and view of the Park and the swimming pool.

Outside, a large wooden terrace (decking) with a table and 4 teak chairs, 2 barbecues (1 brand new gas, with plancha 1 charcoal) and 2 comfortable loungers to relax. The private park is huge and allows pleasant walks in the middle of the vineyards and in the forest all around. The river is just 200 meters away and allows you to cool off and also to fish. A paradise for nature lovers, sportsmen (jogging, mountain biking) in complete calm.
Free outdoor games available on site: Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Football, Golf, and Pétanque (court on site and balls loaned). 4 mountain bikes also loaned with helmets, one of which is equipped with a Decathlon baby seat.
