Very charming corner of the countryside, with a hilly terrain of more than 6 hectares of woods, meadows, walnut groves, orchards, ..., the estate is ideally located, in the heart of the Périgord noir, with the main points of interest less than 40 kilometers.
A stay in the Hauts de Marnac thus offers you the possibility of bouncing naturally from bastide town to wine cellar, from medieval castle to prehistoric cave, from bike ride to canoe trip, from listed village to cultural city, from gourmet market to shop. as a producer, … and, in the evening, when Marnac falls asleep, to let oneself be absorbed by the depth of the sky on summer nights, to listen to the silence of a countryside still preserved, to let time pass slowly, in the freshness of the lime trees of the park, …
At the other end of the estate, the Maison d'Amis, an old, independent house with a total surface area of over 50 m², retains all its charm of yesteryear, with the beautiful wisteria that hems its singular roof.
It now benefits from an interior completely renovated in 2023.
Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the single storey "La Maison d'Amis" gîte is made up of a large main room (30 m²), living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. a bathroom.
Independent toilets.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen provided.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
