Of a floor surface of about 30 m², it possesses as well a pleasant privative terrace, covered and protected, furnished with a garden table and a banquette for the rest.
Inside, it includes :
- a mezzanine, the sleeping area furnished with a king-size bed
- a small lounge with sofa bed, TV set, coffee table and a library,
- a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, cook tops, an oven, a washing machine, crockery and the other utensils
- a shower-room with washbasin, shower and toilets.

"excellent"
nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le studio , aménagé avec goût, l'endroit est magnifique immergé dans un ecrin de verdure, très rustique, sa jolie terrasse abritée et sa piscine en pleine nature. Nous avons été gâtés par les proprietaires très accueillants et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité. Très jolis villages à visiter et des baignades agrèables dans l'eau limpide de l'hérault, enfin, tout pour une vacance réussie!
