This accommodation can accommodate 4 people (a family or 2 couples) or 6 people (sleeping sofa bed). The atmosphere there is very cozy.
With an area of 55 m².
Composed of a living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet accessible from the bedroom. The master bedroom has a 160 bed. The second bedroom is modular (2 single beds of 90 or a double bed) and the sofa bed (140) in the living room allows an extra bed for 2 people.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor terrace with garden furniture.

Other equipment available: WiFi, small appliances, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit, sheets and household linen provided.
We can also provide you with several baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bath.

Our accommodation is located in Breuil-Magné, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.
Breuil-Magné is a peaceful village at the gates of Rochefort.
Close to Fouras.
Central point of the tourist towns of La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes and the islands (Oléron, Aix, Ré).
Also located 10 minutes from the beach.
You can enjoy a small market on the village square on Sunday morning but also that of Rochefort, more popular on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
For cures, the accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from the thermal baths of Rochefort.

Transport: bus lines, serving Rochefort and its train station, are available near the house.

Nature lovers, many walks are to be discovered in the marshes.

In the summer season and school holidays we do not accept overnight stays.
And the rest of the year, we prefer reservations for weeks rather than one night.
