In a former agricultural hamlet dating from the 19th century on a plot of 6000 m², surrounded by greenery, not fenced and 10 minutes from all shops. Our 2 gîtes have been restored and fitted out with quality equipment.
The “Maison de Maître” Gîte for 12 people plus babies has 6 bedrooms (8 beds), 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, 3 toilets. Animals are not accepted at this gîte. Weekly rental only.
On the 1st floor, there is the large living room with the room and the living room, an open kitchen, a utility room, 2 bedrooms of 12 m² (with 1 bed of 180x200 and the 2nd of 140x190) which are separated by the bathroom. bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, 2 sinks, 1 separate toilet, 1 balcony with a view of the swimming pool.
On the 2nd floor, there is a relaxation lounge with books and board games which leads to 2 bedrooms of 16 m² each separated by a dressing room to its left, one with a sink and a 160x200 bed and the other with 2 90x200 beds. And to its right, the bathroom, the shower and the separate WC, the 2 other bedrooms of 16 m² each separated by a dressing room too, one of which has a sink and a 140x190 bed and the other 2 90x200 beds.
On the ground floor, a 30 m² outbuilding converted into a summer kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a gas stove for eating inside or outside on its 2 terraces with 1 barbecue and garden furniture, a separate toilet. Parking for 4 cars.
A games area for the 2 gîtes, equipped with a swing with slide, a trampoline, a 12 x 6 m swimming pool with shelters and fenced, open from June to September.

Many activities in the surrounding area including 5 km: The Dordogne for fishing or canoeing, the Montal golf course in Saint-Jean-Lespinasse, visiting the Castelnau-Bretenoux castle, the Très caves, 14 km away the chasm of Padirac, and 35 km from Rocamadour, the eagles' rock and the monkey forest, a Saule à Bétaille water park, the Gramat animal park, the Haut Quercy railway in Martel...

Très belle maison de caractère. Bien aménagée et décorée avec soin, alliant l'ancien et le moderne. Spacieuse pour y vivre à 12 (+ 1 bébé). Grande cuisine conviviale. Espace détente idéal pour les enfants. Très lumineuse. Bien chauffée. Coin salon cocooning avec sa cheminée. Grand choix de vaisselle.
Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir d'utiliser la piscine à cette saison mais c'est indéniablement un plus l'été.
Propriétaires agréables et disponibles.
Seul point faible, pas de réseau "zone blanche" dans la maison et wifi aléatoire (peut-être dû au nombre).

"Gîte au top!"
Si vous aimez la nature, le calme, l’espace, les gîtes de Bieunot vous correspondent.
Une semaine entre amis passée dans le gîte de 12 personnes. Tout y est appréciable. Le confort, la propreté, la cuisine d’été, les équipements, la piscine, de l'espace aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, les jeux pour les enfants, la proximité de plein de lieux et d’activités touristiques... mais surtout, la gentillesse des propriétaires. Rien ne nous a manqué.
Un séjour vraiment agréable..
Une semaine entre amis passée dans le gîte de 12 personnes. Tout y est appréciable. Le confort, la propreté, la cuisine d’été, les équipements, la piscine, de l'espace aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, les jeux pour les enfants, la proximité de plein de lieux et d’activités touristiques... mais surtout, la gentillesse des propriétaires. Rien ne nous a manqué.
