House from 1852 renovated in a former 19th century agricultural estate, in the countryside, quiet, outside Valderiès, a small Tarnes village. We can accommodate up to 5 people in this 120 m² gîte.

On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner...and the living room with color TV, sofa 3 places and 2 armchairs, colonial-style Godin wood stove.

Upstairs, a bedroom with 3 90cm beds, another bedroom with 1 140cm bed and 1 baby bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC (one per floor).
High-speed Ethernet access is available in the parents' bedroom and wifi throughout the accommodation.

Enclosed outdoor space with 150 m² garden and 30 m² terrace with barbecue as well as a play area for children.

An above-ground wooden swimming pool measuring 6.70 x 4 m, open from June to September, is common to the 2 gîtes and may possibly be shared with the owners.

Sheets and towels are provided.

Animals are admitted by agreement up to a limit of 2 dogs or cats.

We accept holiday vouchers.

Possibility to rent per night from 3 nights. Long stays possible at decreasing rates as well as VAT recovery for companies.
