"Stunning views"
We stayed here for a week in early July 2024 and what a great stay it was. The views from this spectacular and comfortable house are simply awesome. The house is extremely well maintained, exceptionally clean and so very comfortable and host Helen is very professional in all information required. To have a bbq beside the pool with those views is fantastic. In the morning a 5 minute drive to the boulangerie for fresh croissants and baguettes starts the day perfectly. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the beautiful old city of Carcassonne and we highly recommend a drive to Axat which has beautiful gorges and a mountain drive. We would recommend the property of Les Cigales to absolute everybody.

"Aanrader!"
Wij hebben met volle teugen genoten van ons verblijf in dit comfortabel huis met ruime kamers. Vooral de ligging dicht bij Carcasonne en prachtig uitzicht zijn de grootste troeven. Ook de hond kon zich uitleven in de perfect omheinde tuin terwijl wij van het verzorgd zwembad genoten. Keuken was goed uitgerust en voldoende keukenapparaten aanwezig (plus zijn de Amerikaanse frigo en aparte wijnkoeler). Vanuit het huis kan je dadelijk vertrekken voor mooie wandelingen (veld, bos, wijngaard). Gastvrouw Helen heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen en zorgde voor een vlotte in- en uitcheck. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

"Geweldig verblijf"
Had a wonderful long weekend in June in the beautiful villa including swimming pool, bbq and lovely terrace. Three beautiful double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful Carcassonne. Had great contact with Helen! We would love to come back.

"A little paradise on earth"
We had the most wonderful stay here. Conveniently located, homely and with great views. One of the best gites we have ever stayed in. The whole family just can’t wait to come back. Little piece of heaven on earth.

"Parfait!"
En endroit idyllique, propre, et enfin des gens qui acceptent les animaux ! Tres bien situé pour les sites environnants à visiter et proche de tous commerces ! Calme, une decoration sans fautes ! Des hotes adorables. Vraiment bravo !

"Séjour très agréable"
La maison est vraiment très confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et avons passé un très bon Noël en famille avec nos enfants !
Helen la propriétaire est très sympathique et s'est montré très disponible pour répondre à nos demandes !
Nous sommes ravis de cette location et retournerons avec plaisir pour un séjour l'été pour profiter de la piscine !
