It has been officially rated 5 stars by the Dordogne Tourist board & has 3 beautiful air conditioned double bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms, private heated fenced pool & extensive private gardens. Deep cleaning of property & hand sanitizers included.
Located 1km from the pretty village of Salignac-Eyvigues which has a lively market square, grocery shops and good restaurants. It is only 15 mins drive from the stunning medieval town of Sarlat la Canéda & 15 mins from Montignac with its world famous Lascaux caves.
The magnificent Dordogne valley is also within very easy reach. You will find peace, tranquility and comfort as you enjoy a break in one of the most beautiful and interesting parts of France.
Beaux Reves Villa is completely private with its own private garden and heated pool (heated between mid May to mid Sept weather permitting)
It is perfectly situated to give easy access to the best of everything the area is world famous for including: Gastronomy, Beautiful Historic towns like the medieval bastile towns of Sarlat and Domme, beautiful Dordogne & Vezere valley, canoeing, prehistoric caves, stunning Chateaux, village markets & of course the world famous caves of Lascaux at Montignac.
Beaux Reves is a beautiful stone Villa which has been completely renovated to the highest standards using quality materials & local beautiful sandy coloured stone. The property has recently been completely refurbished & is in excellent decorative order, extremely clean & very fresh. With stylish, quality, comfortable furnishings throughout.
The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan to allow a light, airy & communal space. A wood burning stove is situated in the centre which adds to the cosy feel of this stunning property.
There are UK satellite channels & free WiFi. There is a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine & dryer. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms all with private en-suite bathrooms & air conditioning. All the beds are extremely comfortable with high quality mattresses & bedding for extra comfort.
The dining/living area opens up on to a secluded private terrace & private fenced heated swimming pool with sun loungers surrounding it. Views around it are of the stunning Countryside & of the beautiful Church and Hamlet of Carlucet.
The house & pool are facing South West and have the most spectacular sunsets over the beautiful landscape.
Beaux Reves is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is as comfortable, relaxing & as enjoyable as it possibly can be. It offers you a wonderful & memorable holiday experience.

Take exit 51 from the A20 and follow the D1089 to Larche. From there take the D60 towards Salignac-Eyvigues.
Drive through Salignac-Eyvigues
After Intermarché (on the right), take the second left towards Carlucet. Les Charmes de Carlucet is sign posted from this point
After 1.5km on this small road, fork left
After 300m you will see the hedge surrounding the property. Make two right turns into the drive and you will see the House. Beaux Reves is on the left just before the big black gates for the Manor house. You can park in front of Beaux Reves Villa on the left of the driveway

Take the D704 towards Montignac, then turn right onto D60 towards Brive. Continue straight on towards Salignac-Eyvigues through the village of St Crépin et Carlucet, staying on the D60
Continue for another 3km past the municipal stadium (on the right) and the garden centre called Fleur de Europe also on your right.
After another 200m, turn right towards Carlucet. Les Charmes de Carlucet is signposted from this point
After 1.5km on this small road, fork left
