In a rural setting on the Luzech mountain, not far from the Imperial oppidum which dominates the Saint-Projet rock.
New house (2011) on one level 100 m² which can accommodate 6 people with garden located among small truffle oaks.
Lovers of peace and nature can relax by the 8 x 4 m heated swimming pool secured by an electric shutter.
This house will seduce you with all its modern comforts: its fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, its 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, its bathroom with bathtub equipped with a large piece of furniture with 2 sinks and its separate toilet.
There are many activities: golf, fishing, swimming, canoeing, horse riding as well as tourist sites such as Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the Padirac chasm, the Pech-Merle cave, etc.
Finally, Luzech is located a stone's throw from Cahors, a town with a great historical past, notably with its famous Pont Valentré and its AOC vineyard.
