360° view of the mountains; 1 allocated parking space in the garden closed by an electric gate, closed and private bicycle or ski cellar.
1 outdoor dining area with electric plancha.
The accommodation includes:
- 1 large living room, fitted kitchen area (fridge freezer, traditional oven, multifunction microwave, dishwasher, washing machine)
- 2 spacious bedrooms
- 1 bathroom (bath), 1 separate toilet
Sheets are provided (not towels).
The accommodation is located near the Argelès thermal baths park, 10 minutes walk from the city center.
Full cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.
A deposit check of €500 (breakage or damage guarantee) will be requested upon reservation.
Resort certificate (to be requested from your insurer, free).
Non-smoking apartment.
Short stay rental minimum 3 nights, EXCLUDING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS €270.
During school holidays: short stays of less than 6 nights, but not less than 4 nights, will be priced at €110

"Séjour à Argelès en gîte"
Pour une première fois en gîte, très agréable, très bon confort. Très Bon échange avec les propriétaires et à l'écoute. Très belle vue depuis l'appartement. A recommander. De belles balades en partant du gîte.
