Quiet, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers, it offers 4 independent accommodations (including 2 cottages (gîtes) for 4 people and 2 studios for 2 people) just 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the heart of the Périgord noir region and its many cultural, historical and culinary riches and its classified sites (villages, castles, remarkable gardens, prehistoric caves, etc.).
The Champêtre cottage has a living room with an equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The bathroom and the 2 adjoining bedrooms are on the 1st floor. It has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as access to the heated swimming pool to share (12 x 6 m), wifi, reversible air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms, parking, bicycle room and motorbike shelter. It is 800 m from a supermarket and several shops.
