Quiet, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers, it offers 4 independent accommodations (including 2 cottages (gîtes) for 4 people and 2 studios for 2 people) just 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the heart of the Périgord noir region and its many cultural, historical and culinary riches and its classified sites (villages, castles, remarkable gardens, prehistoric caves, etc.).
Adjoining another cottage, the Grangette is a studio-style small house not overlooked. It has an entrance in the main room with a 160cm bed, table, chairs, equipped kitchen, TV, a door to the bathroom with toilet, a large closet. It includes a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as access to the heated swimming pool to share (12 x 6 m), wifi, reversible air conditioning, parking, bicycle room and motorbike shelter. The cottage is located 800 m from a supermarket and many shops.
