Quiet, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers, it offers 4 independent accommodations (including 2 cottages (gîtes) for 4 people and 2 studios for 2 people) just 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, in the heart of the Périgord noir region and its many cultural, historical and culinary riches and its classified sites (villages, castles, remarkable gardens, prehistoric caves, etc.).
Adjoining another cottage, the Estive has a living room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV, then a corridor serving the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms (all rooms are on the ground floor). It includes a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as access to the heated swimming pool to share (12 x 6 m), wifi, reversible air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms, parking, shelter for 2 wheels.
It is 800 m from a supermarket and several shops.
